We’re looking for someone with at least two years of experience in managing large enterprise accounts who wants to lead customer success initiatives, optimize customers’ product use, identify product implementation issues, and manage customer relationships overall. This position requires hands-on technical capabilities (it’s a cyber risk product that is quite technical).
As the ideal candidate, you will grasp customer requirements, handle multiple stakeholders, and serve as a trusted technical and business advisor. You will work closely with developers and data engineers with enterprise customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Kovrr platform can meet their business objectives.
The CSM is crucial in linking business needs with Kovrr tech platform. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure post-sale success, managing enterprise customers to guarantee satisfaction and value from Kovrr solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our sales team and clients to ensure successful technical and business engagements, precise identification of requirements, and fulfillment of success criteria.
- Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, managing onboarding, implementation, and training, driving increased adoption, and ensuring renewals, expansion, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provided technical guidance throughout post-sale processes, addressed complex support inquiries, and fostered strong, collaborative relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Work in synergy with Product and Engineering teams to promptly resolve customer issues, leveraging feedback for product enhancement.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, develop and execute mitigation and achievement plans for successful outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience with technical SaaS products, ideally serving engineers.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record in managing and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients, with a focus on increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong technical skills and basic knowledge of IT - an advantage
- Advanced Python proficiency - an advantage

What we expect from you:
- Great Communication Skills: Clear communication is key. We expect you to bridge discussions between our global clients and internal teams with proficiency in English.
- Seasoned Experience: Bring over 5 years of experience in product management or related roles. If you’ve steered product strategies in cybersecurity, especially in companies experiencing growth, it’s a definite advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of the cybersecurity solutions landscape, familiarity with cybersecurity tools, and frameworks is advantageous.
- Educational Foundation: Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, business, statistics, engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree, such as an MBA or MS, is advantageous.
- Risk Management Expertise (Advantage): Understanding of cyber risk modeling, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessments.

What experience should you have?
- 3 Years of experience in Python development.
- 3 Years of frontend development experience, must have some experience with React
- Experience in working in Cloud environments (GCP, AWS, etc).
- Experience in building complex architectures.
- Cyber security knowledge - an advantage.
- BSc in a Quantitative field including Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other relevant field - an advantage.
